Those seeking emergency shelter at The Rainbow House who can fill out the application below are encouraged to do so. A service provider may help an individual complete the form if needed. Please answer the questions that appear. Completion of an application will send an alert to the Intake Committee. A committee member will contact individuals, and the application will be discussed with the applicant after review. Those helping an individual apply may leave their contact information if needed and can be involved in the intake process at the applicant's request. 

Once an application is received, it will be reviewed by the Intake Committee. We do our part to ensure that the individuals we serve are who they say they are to keep all our guests at The Rainbow House safe. We also do our best to help individuals find other options, if possible, to ensure that only people with no other options come into the shelter. We are committed to serving the most vulnerable individuals in our community while centering the safety of LGBTQ+ individuals. After an application is reviewed, a member of the Intake Committee will reach out to the applicant to discuss the next steps.
